Tournament Director Agreement
These guidelines are being put into place to ensure that both participating teams and directors are providing the best possible tournament experience to all involved. To deviate from the agreement would require approval of Denny Rose, Ohio USSSA Fastpitch State Director.
1. In order for a tournament to be considered sanctioned by the USSSA, ALL teams participating must be sanctioned by the USSSA and only approved equipment can be used.
2. ACCIDENT & LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICIES are the sole responsibility of the undersigned. Officials that submit their USSSA Umpire Registration fee ARE provided with the USSSA Accident and Liability Insurance Policies.
3. The undersigned acknowledges there are fees associated with the event and has read the attached fee structure and understands these fees and tournament paperwork are due within 7 days of the completed event.
4. Worth Dream Seam Softballs are available for all events for $_____ per dozen. Tournaments directors can obtain softballs on consignment ahead of the event.
5. In consideration for receiving and accepting the opportunities presented by the USSSA the undersigned agrees to be bound by the Constitution and By-Laws of the USSSA, including, but not limited to, Director's and Official's conduct on and off the field, performance of duties, and all disciplinary procedures levied by the USSSA.

1. Team sanctioning fees are $25 and must be paid before a team participates in a tournament.
2. Event insurance is available from the USSSA. Check on www.usssa.com for contact information and rates. Umpires will be protected as long as all teams are sanctioned and the umpires are all sanctioned with the USSSA.
3. Tournament fees are $175 for the event along with a $5 per team entered fee. Berths can be distributed in the following manner:
> The tournament winner of an A/B combined event will automatically pick up an A
berth.
> The runner-up can earn either an A/B berth depending in classification.
> If there is a TRUE odd numbered age group (11U, 13U, 15U) in the field, the highest
finishing team in this category can take a berth. This berth can only be taken if
those groups are advertised as part of the draw.
